1.人參(can)洗凈,紅棗枸杞洗凈,蔥白和姜切好待用。
2.土(tu)雞腿清洗干(gan)凈,放入砂(sha)鍋焯水,水倒掉;
3.鍋里加(jia)水,加(jia)雞,放入鮮人(ren)參、枸(gou)杞(qi)、紅棗、姜(jiang)和蔥(cong)白(bai),燉(dun)煮(zhu)3小時(shi)。
4.加鹽即可盛盤。
